Need a hand with Rexa? Email us at support@rexa.world and we will get back to you, usually within two business days. You can also send feedback from inside the app, on the You tab.

Contact us

Email: support@rexa.world

In the app: You tab, then “Send feedback”. This goes straight to us and is private. Nobody else using Rexa can see it.

When you write in, it helps to tell us your device (for example “iPhone 14, iOS 18”), which dining hall you were looking at, and what you expected to happen.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Rexa account and everything attached to it from inside the app. There is no form to fill in and no need to email us.

Open the You tab, find the identity card at the top, and tap Delete account beneath “Sign out”. You will get a confirmation dialog first, because the action is permanent.

Deleting removes your account along with your saved plates, meal log, favorites, goals, and water and weight history. It cannot be undone. If you use Rexa as a guest without an account, your data lives only on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Menus, nutrition and allergens

Nutrition, ingredient and allergen information comes from university dining services and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Rexa is an informational tool and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, always confirm ingredients directly with dining hall staff before eating.

A menu looks wrong or is missing. Menus come straight from University Housing’s own published data, so a gap there shows up in Rexa too. It usually resolves once Housing posts the day’s menu. If it stays wrong for more than a day, tell us which hall, which meal and which date, and we will look.

Favorite alerts are not arriving. Check that notifications are enabled for Rexa in your device settings, and that alerts are switched on for the dish. Alerts are sent when a favorited dish appears on an upcoming menu, so a dish that is not being served will not trigger one.
