Terms of Use

Rexa lets you browse university dining hall menus, log meals, track nutrition, and set dietary preferences. Menu and nutrition data is provided by university dining services through third-party sources and is presented for your convenience.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You may use the App as a guest or create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, “Rexa Plus,” which unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are sold only through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings, under Subscriptions.
• Promotions and referrals. We may offer free promotional access (including a launch period during which Rexa Plus is free) and referral rewards that grant free subscription time. Promotional access has no cash value, is not transferable, and may be modified or ended at any time.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or other users’ data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the App except as permitted by law.
• Abuse the referral program or attempt to obtain benefits through fraud.

You retain ownership of the meals, notes, custom foods, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the App for you.

The App, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Vexa App LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Menu content belongs to the respective dining services and data providers. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, and university dining data providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those services. Rexa is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university unless stated.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that menu or nutrition data will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexa App LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
